I support those rebuilding themselves on purpose, not just for survival, including seekers, sensitives, and spiritually attuned minds who crave grounded depth. This is for anyone tired of the commercialized 'healing culture' and seeking something real, as well as people looking to tap into and elevate their creative expression through personal integration. 


Option C is for those who want more than hope — they want language. Language for what they feel. Language for what they’ve survived. Language for who they’re becoming through self-inquiry and shadow work. This work speaks to the parts of you that already know the way — the parts waiting to be named so they can finally breathe.

How This Work Is Different?

Welcome to Option C!

This isn’t coaching designed to fix you. It isn’t therapy repackaged, nor is it spirituality used to bypass what’s uncomfortable. Option C exists for people who no longer fit the paths they’ve been given. Rather than moving you toward an ideal version of yourself, this work invites you into deeper contact with who you already are through emotional awareness. We don’t chase insight for its own sake, nor do we rush to solutions or treat symptoms as the problem. Instead, we work with: presence before strategy, safety before change, and personal integration before improvement. This is shadow work that doesn’t exile parts of you in the name of growth. It’s a process of making the unconscious conscious — without performance, bypassing, or pressure to become someone else. The pace is slower, the work is deeper, and the aim is not optimization, but wholeness through self-inquiry.

About Me

Cameron Orr

Cameron is a writer, coach, and mythic storyteller whose work sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and the raw human experience, emphasizing emotional awareness. At twenty-six, he has cultivated a voice that feels both ancient and awake — capable of naming the parts of human nature most people only feel as a tug beneath the ribs. 


Born in Hackney and shaped by early adversity, Cameron didn’t discover shadow work through books — he found it through survival. What began as personal excavation became Option C: a framework for emotional integration that rejects binaries and teaches the courage to meet oneself whole. This approach encourages self inquiry and presence based coaching, blending memoir, myth, and embodied wisdom. 


OPTION C is Cameron’s debut work: part initiation, part philosophy, part mythic autobiography. It follows the arc of a young man confronting shadow, healing identity, and reclaiming sovereignty — written with the clarity of lived experience and the reverence of someone who has died and returned to himself more than once. 


He is part of a new generation redefining masculinity, spirituality, and self-transformation, with future books already forming in the background of his growing body of work.

OPTION C is for anyone who has ever felt split between who they are and who they were taught to be. 


Part memoir, part myth, part spiritual initiation — it is a journey into shadow work, identity, collapse, reclamation, and the moment a human being finally remembers themselves through emotional awareness. 


Through its mythic interludes, personal integration alters, poetry codex, and candid storytelling, the book helps readers recognize that:

- The ego dies in fragments, not ceremonies 

- Love and abundance are the same frequency
